Kaila Podzikowski

I grew up as a very athletic girl. I was a competitive dancer and I enjoyed pushing my body to new limits. After I got married in 2018, I went on hormonal birth control and my health rapidly declined. I gained over 100 lbs, developed insulin resistance, hypothyroidism, and all sorts of hormone imbalances. I spent many years in a really dark place, but I finally learned how to start working out again and taking care of myself.
